Here are Dragonfly, we work to reinvigorate communities by creating construction and employment opportunities, through the direct delivery of developments in the local area.
Dragonfly delivers construction, maintenance, and repair activities on behalf of the Bolsover District Council, along with management of capital programmes, drainage, engineering services and infrastructure.
Our aim is to be an ethical, socially responsible principal construction contractor. Our main focus is to generate 10% profit and to deliver projects on time to a very high quality standard. We strive to work with clients to provide them with the most efficient value for money schemes possible, which puts quality and positive client experience over maximising profit. We nurture a supportive, collaborative and inclusive environment, where people are empowered to make decisions, be creative, have the ability to influence improvements and the future direction of the organisation.
