We are currently on site redeveloping the Woburn House independent living scheme and the bungalows on Woburn Close in Blackwell. The £9million scheme involves demolishing the old, outdated bungalows and the current Woburn House and replacing them with a brand
new independent living centre and 25 new properties that will provide homes for local people.
